Our room offering
The foyer Bel Abri can accommodate 33 female students (girls only). The house offers 22 small rooms and 9 large rooms, as well as 2 studios.
Each room has a large wardrobe, a bed, a washbasin, as well as a table and chair.
On each floor there is a kitchen, a relaxation area with a lounge, a television and several bathrooms with showers or bathtubs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the fridge and cupboards are conveniently divided with the option of locking everything. On each floor there is a laundry room (with flexible hours) and a storage room (for suitcases or shopping).
Wi-Fi is available throughout the foyer.

Rental conditions
The contract is signed by both parties. The contract can be terminated with two months’ written notice. The first month’s rent must be paid before using the room.
